Clifford Wesley Thomas Hendricks was born on December 10, 1971 in Houston Tx, to Thomas Emmet and Enyce Jones Hendricks. He had a happy upbringing full of love and joy. He attended Key Middle School where he would take up the saxophone while also playing football. He graduated from Ross Shaw Sterling Senior High School in 1991 where he was a member of the Junior ROTC and where he played football under his father, Coach Tom Hendricks and was one of the best Wide Receivers in the area earning All-District honors. He also ran track competing in the 100-meter-high hurdles. He was a gifted athlete that had an amazing stride as he ran. Cliff, as he went by, loved music, movies, poetry, and was an outstanding plot writer. After High School he was offered many scholarships to play football. He accepted a full scholarship to the University of Wyoming and later graduated from the University of Houston-Downtown with a major in marketing. He is survived by his mother Enyce Jones Hendricks, his wife Sheila Crane, his brothers Thomas Emmet Hendricks III and Mark Wanye Davis, his uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends and loved ones. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Rev. Alford Jones and Geneva Frances Jones and his father Thomas Emmet Hendricks Jr.
