Karldwin Jermaine Boice

Karldwin Jermaine Boice was born the Eldest of two children to Karl and Carolyn Boice on March 14,1983 in Mound Bayou, MS. He peacefully transitioned from his home in Houston, TX to his heavenly home on July 12, 2022.

Family members who have entered perpetual rest and greeted him into his Heavenly home include his daughter Annikah Jamia Boice, Grandparents, Betty Williams and Adlean Boice, Aunts, Audrey Boice, Gloria Goon, Mildred Hamilton. Uncles, Earl Williams, Sr., Freddie Lee, Jr. George Mitchell, Billy Tramble, and a host of other aunts and uncles.

Jermaine as we called him was baptized April 23, 1995 at New White Stone M.B. Church in Greenville, MS. He graduated from Greenville High School with the class of 2001 where he was an All American Athlete and scholar. Jermaine studied at Hinds Community College in Raymond, MS until he transferred to Texas Southern University in Houston, TX where he completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. He received several awards and honorsthroughout his high school and college career. Early in his career he was employed as a Quality Control Inspector for many years in the Oil Field Industry in the states of Texas, North Dakota, Tennessee, and Minnesota. Jermaine also worked as a claim adjuster for major insurance companies in various states until his health would not allow him to continue on.

Jermaine loved and enjoyed fitness and health, being humorous with his family and friends. He enjoyed meeting new people, traveling, and learning about various cultures and experiences.

He leaves to commemorate and celebrate his life, his children Zakia Boice, Jokimah Boice, Raiden Boice, Floriann Boice, of San Antonio, TX. The mother of his children, whom they where high school sweethearts and where later married, Danielle Boice of San Antonio, TX. His parents, Karl & Carolyn Boice of Greenville, MS. His sister, Eboni T. Boice of Houston, TX. His grandparents, Freddie & Alberta Lee, Sr., of Greenville, MS. His uncles, Ray (Vancie) Boice, of Greenville, MS, Glenn (Debra) Douglass, of Arizona, Donnie (Valarie) Douglass, of Greenville, MS. Michael (Shirley) Lee Sr, of Harrisburg, PA, Christopher (Deborah) Lee, of Jackson, MS and Marcus (Pamela) Lee, Sr. of Memphis, TN.
