Levereta Yvonne Norris

Our Adored Levereta Yvonne Norris was born in Houston Tx., on April 14, 1958, to the late Landry Gene Norris Sr. & Dorothy Mae Robinson - Norris. She was the second child born to this union. She departed this life on March 15, 2028. Affectionately known as Vert along with a host of other names was a loving, beautiful, compassionate, God fearing woman loved by her family and friends dearly. Vert accepted christ at an early age and was baptised in the San Jaciento River under the leadership of Elderberry. She later joined New Life Baptist Church under the leadership of E.A Deckard where she was a member until she hter moved under the watch care of Pastor MelvincLewis at Safby Missionary Baptist Church. Vert attended Jeff Davis High School where she went on to achieve her certificate of High School equivalency. She graduated March 1985 from Barclay Career school of Houston as a certitied word processor. she continued her education and dove headirst into Culinarv Arts and Floral Design. Vert worked as a community and service leader throughout the City of Houston. She had a passion for line dancing and was an active member of The Crosstown Dancers.

Vert is preceded in death by her parents Landry Gene Norris Sr. Dorothy Mae Robinson-Norris. Her son Chovan Kibble. 3 Brothers Stacey Robinson, Robert Norris. Blunzie Norris and sister Dawna Norris. Vert leaves to celebrate her legacy 5 sisters Cheryl Cox, Dorcus Warner, Sandra Deckard (E.A Deckard), Rita Brooks. Amber Norris. 4 Brothers Dannv Norris ( Sharon) Samuel "Craig" Brooks (Merissa), Marcus Robinson, Landry Norris Jr. (Tuesday). As well as a Host of nieces, nephews, loving family friends, God Children, and her Special Friend Jeffery Hines.
