The child of Michael Ford Sr & Deloris Ford, Michael was raised in St. Louis, MO where family, faith, and community shaped the person he would become. Michael brought warmth, strength, and dedication, & a WHOLE lot of humor into every part of his life. A decade ago, he moved to Houston, Texas, in pursuit of a better life for himself and his family—a journey marked by resilience and unwavering love. Michael shared over 25 loving years with his wife Carrie Roy, and together they built a life grounded in love, respect, and partnership. They were blessed with four beautiful children, and Michael was a devoted father to all six of his children: Juliana Stennis, Ariana Ford, Briana Ward, MaKhia Ford, Michael Ford, and Savior Ford. He was also a proud grandfather to Demiri Ramdoo, a role he cherished deeply and embraced with love. Michael worked in maintenance, a career he was proud of and truly enjoyed. Michael completed his courses for HVAC and obtain his EPA certification. Michael was known for his strong work ethic, kind heart, and sense of humor, he was the kind of person who made others feel seen and supported. He also enjoyed cooking with his family, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends. His presence & smile lit up every room, and his love for his family was the cornerstone of his life. He was very proud of his life changing accomplishments He leaves behind a legacy of love, loyalty, and hard work. Michael will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who were lucky enough to know him. Michael leaves to cherish his memories; wife Carrie Roy his children Juliana Stennis, Briana Ward, Ariana, Makhia, Michael and Savior Ford, one grandson Demiri Ramdoo,his parents Michael and Deloris Ford, one sister Toni Martin, two brothers John Moore and Delano Ford a host of aunts, uncles, nieces,nephews, cousins and good friends
Michael is preceded in death by his beloved grandparents, his brother Terrence Parchmon, Nephew Antonio Martin, cousin Tim Mosley.
