Robert L. Barnes, CFSP, CFSGM

Founder / Funeral Director In Charge

Robert L. Barnes, CFSP was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on January 12, 1969 to the late Claude Lee Barnes and the late Joyce Thomas Barnes. He is the youngest of six children born to this union.

Robert attended and graduated from Richard King High School in Corpus Christi, Texas.  In 1999, he graduated from Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service,  

Robert is currently a Licensed Funeral Director, Embalmer.  He  is currently the President of the Houston Funeral Director and Morticians Association, President of the Psi Chapter of Epsilon Nu Delta Mortuary Fraternity, Inc. and also the southwest region Vice-President of Epsilon Nu Delta Mortuary Fraternity, Inc.  He is a Board Member of the Independent Funeral Directors Association of Texas, Inc.  Robert is a very active member of Cathedral of Life Church, where Rev. Phillip R. Kent, Jr. is the Pastor.  

Robert’s pride and joy is being a father to his daughter, RoShan L. Barnes and spoiling his grandchildren, Danziah Alexander, Ky’Ziah Anthony and Corbyn Anthony.
